
Our Policy:
In order to maintain a consistent level of service and accommodate all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.
​
2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the missed appointment.
​
3. No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service before a new appointment can be confirmed.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment via our online booking system, please ensure that you
do so 48 hours in advance.

5. Appointments that are longer than 3 hours or any Advanced Beauty Treatments will require a deposit of
25% upon booking, this can be paid either within the salon or over the phone and will be transferable if the appointment is moved before a 24 hour period.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis.
